Vitamin A - 45000 IU, 
Vitamin D3 - 8000 IU, 
Calcium - 1628 mg, 
Phosphorus 838.5 mg, 
Vitamin B12 - 100 mcg

DIRECTIONS & DOSAGES:

Upto 4 kg body weight - 1/2 teaspoon -  twice daily,

5 - 15 kg - 1 teaspoon - twice daily, 

16 - 25 kg - 1.5 teaspoonful - twice daily,

26 - 50 kg body weight - 2 teaspoonful - twice daily.

Above 51 kg body weight - 3 teaspoonful twice daily.
