Colloidal Oatmeal contains natural extracts of oat grains (Avena sativa). Oatmeal acts as an ideal soothing and moisturizing agent to be incorporated in skin care formulations. Clinical properties of colloidal oatmeal are as follows:

1. Moisturizes dry Skin: Starches and beta-glucans in oatmeal help skin in regaining moisture thus transform dry skin into smooth, silky and shiny one.

2. Reduces allergic itching: Colloidal oatmeal helps in reducing itching by two ways:

1. The beta-glucans of oat makes a fine layer on the skin, which protects the skin from external irritants.
2. Phenolic esters and natural vitamin E present in colloidal oatmeal further reduce skin allergy by their anti-inflammatory and anti oxidant properties.

3. Restores skin pH: the natural buffer system of colloidal oatmeal helps in restoring the normal pH of the skin, which generally gets disturbed in skin disorders.

Directions for use: 
Wet the body of pet. Apply sufficient Oatmealâ„¢ scrub to create lather. Massage the hair coat with circular movements and rinse. For best result repeat Oatmealâ„¢ application and massage 5 to10 minutes again. Rinse thoroughly & towel dry.
